TheTris, an office tower in Milan's Barona district near Famagosta station, designed by BE.ST (Studio Stefano Belingardi Clusoni). Its volume steps up in three modules above a ground-level podium.

MODO carried out the structural calculations and main-design shop drawings for the steelwork of the podium, which supports the metal cladding at the base of the tower.

Technical highlights: a steel subframe fixed to the concrete core walls, with adjustable brackets to take up site tolerances, supporting large prefabricated cladding panels lifted and installed as complete units.
