Chorus Life, the new mixed-use district in Bergamo designed by Joseph Di Pasquale (JP Architects): an indoor arena, a hotel, residential and office wings and public spaces, linked by an elevated park.

MODO delivered the executive design of the envelopes of the North and West wings, the Hotel and the Arena, with structural, thermal and acoustic analysis, plus main-design shop drawings for the glazed gazebos, working with the consultant SIO.

Technical highlights: curved glazing on the cantilevered North wing, the hotel's suspended glass volume above terraced green balconies and the arena's metal fin skin, each resolved with dedicated structural, thermal and acoustic checks.
