A 27-storey tower in Lower Manhattan that extends the Pace University campus, with classrooms, student housing and a library. It was designed by Ismael Leyva Architects for SL Green.

MODO produced the shop drawings for the composite panels of the rainscreen facade, together with the panel setting-out drawings for the whole envelope.

Technical highlights: hundreds of composite panels, each drawn as its own fabrication piece. Joints, corners and window reveals were coordinated with the unitised curtain wall, so fabrication and installation could follow the same geometry.
