Boutique condominium building on the corner of Jane and West Streets, on the Hudson River waterfront in the West Village. The envelope combines stone-clad bevelled columns with pleated window bays on the Jane Street elevation and wide arched openings at ground floor — a contemporary reading of the masonry fabric of the neighbourhood.

Technical highlights: unitised system carrying a stone rainscreen: anchorage and support of the panels govern the frame design.
